Duotrope: A massive database of fiction and poetry publications. I use Duotrope to find journals to submit my work to and track my submissions once I’ve sent them in.

Poets & Writers Literary Magazines and Journals Database: At last count (Jan 2012) they listed over 770 magazines and journals accepting poems and stories of all kinds.
