A writer myself, I have a passion for concise, correct and clear writing and am sensitive to writer’s needs. I offer professional, honest and respectful feedback on all types of written communication, but my specialties are web content and creative writing/fiction.
Currently I’m offering the following editing services:
Copy Editing:
Copy editing includes the nitty-gritty details of polishing writing: grammar, punctuation and spelling. When I copy edit I also look for; inconsistencies in style, formatting and facts; continuity of plot and/or characters in fiction or creative non-fiction; and repetitive words and phrases.
Blog & Website Editing:
In the fast-paced world of online, typos happen. I help bloggers and website owners by copy editing posts and pages for grammar, punctuation and spelling. Quick turn-around times and package rates are available.
Manuscript Evaluations:
I love nothing more than helping other aspiring writers polish their stories until they shine.
Manuscript evaluations include:
- Comments on plot, characterization, pace, point of view, dialogue, setting, and more!
- Suggestions/advice on how to improve the manuscript.
- The option to discuss up to three personal concerns with the manuscript (via email or phone).
